About Liana Ashley
My name is Liana Santana. I am a young photographer and senior in high school. I fell in love with photography during my 7th grade year of middle school when I had the opportunity to capture my first pep rally for the yearbook. I continued journalism in my 8th grade year as the yearbook editor, and had the opportunities to shoot multiple events in which allowed my passion for photography to expand. I created an Instagram account for my photography during the summer of 2022 to showcase my work and inspire others. In May of 2023, I began to break away from my comfort zone of capturing pep rallies and school related events, to taking portraits, and eventually sports photos. I became aware of the many opportunities I had to take photos and utilized them all. I hope to continue to inspire others and bring them joy by being present and capturing their occasions! I believe that God gifted me with this passion for a reason and I intend to use it to capture his creation one click at a time.
